The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) successfully intercepted a Hezbollah drone launched toward Israeli territory during the early hours between Wednesday and Thursday, marking another chapter in ongoing tensions. In addition to the drone interception, the IDF launched strikes targeting Hezbollah terrorists operating in southern Lebanon, releasing footage of the operations which included destruction of militants and underground hideouts.

The military revealed that its missile boats have been involved in approximately 40 similar operations since the start of Operation Roaring Lion, underscoring the persistent threat posed by Hezbollah. During these operations, the IDF also identified and seized a significant underground weapons depot in southern Lebanon operated by Hezbollah. The cache contained a variety of arms including Kalashnikov rifles, anti-tank rockets, RPG launchers, and mortar shells, highlighting the ongoing buildup of militant stocks in the region.
