Pakistan's army chief will visit Tehran, Iran's foreign ministry says
Iran's foreign ministry spokesperson Esmael Baghaei said Sunday that Pakistan's army chief will visit Tehran on Monday.Baghaei said the visit is in line with "strengthening Iran-Pakistan bilateral cooperation" and continuing both countries' efforts "to help strengthen peace and security in the region."Pakistani mediators played a key role in the U.S.-Iran memorandum of understanding signed in June, which is often referred to as the Islamabad memorandum.
